A statue in honour of Pinkneys Green resident Sir Nicholas Winton, on platform 3 at Maidenhead Railway station. It was unveiled by Theresa May in 2010 to honour the borough resident who helped smuggle hundreds of children out of Czechoslovakia during the Second World War. Kidwells Park is located in the centre of Maidenhead town centre and has a World War One Remembrance Garden close to the Commonwealth War Graves Commission (CWGC) building.
The Clock Tower in one of Maidenhead’s famous landmarks. It was built for Queen Victoria’s Diamond Jubilee and is located just outside the railway station.
