The Maudsley Memorial Garden, dedicated to Alderman John Baker Maudsley CBE, features a fountain and a seating area. Imported stone pays homage to Maudsley’s Yorkshire origins.

Amphitheatre
A new Amphitheatre area, a part of the York Stream renovation project, is situated near Maidenhead High Street and Chapel Arches, offering amphitheatre seating.
St Luke’s Church
St. Luke’s Church is a mid-Victorian building, just north of the centre of Maidenhead.
St Joseph’s Church
The opening ceremony was performed by the Bishop of Portsmouth, the Right Rev Dr Virtue, on 18th December 1884.

Kidwells Park
Kidwells Park, spanning 3 hectares near Maidenhead, was gifted by Mayor J.D.M. Pearce in 1890. It has earned a Green Flag since 2012 for its quality. Recent updates include a new pedestrian crossing and a waterfall feature added in 2011, enhancing accessibility and the park’s aesthetic appeal.

Underpass Abstract Art, Bad Godesberg Way
The art is by Gary Drostle and was commissioned in 2000 and certainly brightens up what would otherwise be a very dreary underpass!
Desborough Park
On the outskirts of Maidenhead, near Cox Green lies Desborough Park and within it features the sculpture of Flora’s Garden
Sir Nicholas Winton statue
A statue honoring Sir Nicholas Winton, a resident of Pinkneys Green, stands at Maidenhead Railway Station, unveiled by Theresa May in 2010. Winton is celebrated for smuggling hundreds of children from Czechoslovakia during World War II. He is also commemorated with a garden in Oaken Grove and buried in Braywick Cemetery.
